As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
- Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Phone screening candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
- Managing the offer process
- Support general recruitment administration across the business
What do we look for?
- Good telephone etiquette, ability to objection handle and follow up
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused, with a collaborative approach
- Passion for people and driving organisational growth
