As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
- Headhunting
- Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
- Managing the offer process
- Support general recruitment administration across the business
