As Senior Associate Commercial Director you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the commercial delivery of major infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, and development projects from inception through to completion.
- Providing strategic commercial advice to clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while managing risk, value, and performance.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Leading and supporting commercial teams in the delivery of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management services.
- Identifying opportunities for growth, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the continued expansion of the Commercial team.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Mentoring and developing team members, supporting technical excellence and career progression.
- Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the Commercial service offering across Brookbanks.
