As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
- Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Phone screening candidates.
- Arranging interviews.
- Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent.
- Managing the offer process.
- Support general recruitment administration across the business.
