As a Resident Engineer / Production Manager you'll:
- Act as the Client’s on-site representative for a large-scale residential infrastructure scheme, ensuring delivery in line with NEC contract requirements, design intent, programme, and specification.
- Oversee construction of highways, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and associated infrastructure to adoptable standards for a 3,500-home development.
- Monitor contractor performance against the programme, ensuring progress, quality, and compliance are effectively managed and reported.
- Undertake regular site inspections focused on quality assurance, Health & Safety compliance, and adherence to environmental and contractual requirements (including CEMP).
- Administer key NEC processes.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, designers, local authorities, statutory undertakers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and successful adoption of works.
