Purpose of the role: To provide high quality local management for specific education services/contracts ensuring successful service coordination including all operational elements and ongoing delivery. To provide high quality management support and supervision to Brook staff and volunteers who deliver education & wellbeing services. To work collaboratively to ensure Brook is aware of and accessing service and business developmental opportunities.

Essential criteria:

  • Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders
  • Able to manage workload independently
  • Proficient in IT, databases, and social media
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and sexual health legislation
  • Relevant qualification (e.g. degree or diploma)

About the role:

  • Hours: Part‑time 22.5 hours per week – Working pattern TBC
  • Contract: Fixed contract ending 30/06/2027
  • Location: Truro, Cornwall
  • Salary: £28,325 Pro rata
  • Closing date: 7th June 2026

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary.)
