Contract: Permanent

Location: Brook Manchester

Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, allowing you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non‑judgemental manner, including referring to others, answering queries.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records and files.
  • Use IT systems and word processing as appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience/understanding of confidentiality issues for young people accessing sexual health services.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience.
  • Experience of telephone work, e.g., managing and directing incoming calls and supporting clients over the phone.
  • Experience of record keeping, including updating basic client information and filing and storage of records.
  • Experience of word processing and inputting and retrieving information from a computer system.
