Overview

Brook is looking for a creative and driven Media and Communications Coordinator for Yuno, the integrated sexual health service for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). We are a 4 Day Week employer.

Role summary

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support the delivery of Yuno’s communications strategy, managing the service’s social media channels and developing high impact health promotion campaigns. You’ll work closely with our clinical, digital and community partners to raise awareness of the Yuno brand among a diverse range of audiences.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of working in a high profile, fast-paced media and/or communications team, press office or public relations function
  • Ability to use social media channels and contribute to social content across a variety of platforms
  • Experience producing content for a wide range of audiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to quickly create a positive impression
  • Skills in researching, writing and reviewing content for different audiences
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both with third parties and colleagues
  • Awareness of issues affecting people in the area of sexuality and personal relationships
  • Knowledge of the sexual and reproductive health sector
  • Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent capability

About the role

  • Hours: Full-Time 37.5 Hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire
  • Salary: £28,325
  • Closing date: 21/02/2026

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
