Purpose of the role

To support Brook to diversify and grow income through the sale of its education and wellbeing work, contributing to the financial sustainability of the organisation. To identify, develop and maintain effective and successful partnerships with a range of education providers, local authorities, businesses, and other organisations who work with and support young people. To be a persuasive advocate for Brook and its service users.

Essential criteria

  • Awareness of issues affecting young people, especially in the area of sexuality and personal relationships.
  • Understanding of the communication skills required to work with a diverse client group including those with complex needs such as disability and communication difficulties.
  • Has keen interest in the welfare of young people and in their concerns.
  • Supports the aims and work of Brook Services.
  • Understanding of equality and diversity principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

About the role

  • Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hours per week (upon completing the probationary period, eligible to join the 4‑Day Week program).
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Location: Bristol or national.
  • Salary: £26,227.50.
  • Closing date: 26th May 2026.
