Purpose of the role: To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing. Requires frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face‑to‑face and digital sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes.

Essential criteria:

  • GCSE level (minimum 5 passes) or equivalent
  • Experience of working with young people and/or adults including at risk or vulnerable groups who may not access mainstream services
  • Understanding of the issues affecting under‑represented groups
  • Ability to interact and engage positively and proactively with service users and professionals
  • Knowledge of the principles of equality and diversity and the ability to interact with others inclusively
  • Ability to network and build sustainable working partnerships with other professionals, agencies and key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with IT and communication‑based systems including databases and social media

Successful applicant must undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide proof of right to work in the UK.

About the role:

  • Hours: Part‑Time 22.5 Hours per week
  • Contract: Fixed contract (up to 31/03/2028)
  • Location: Office in High Wycombe, working throughout Buckinghamshire
  • Salary: £26,227.5 per annum pro rata
  • Closing date: 13/06/2026
