- Purpose of the role
To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing.
An outreach role, requiring frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital whole class sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes to young people, adults & service users, parents/carers and the wider young people’s work force
Essential Criteria
- Willing to travel for outreach work and hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) and experience working with young people, adults, or vulnerable groups.
- Understanding of the needs of diverse and underrepresented communities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver effective educational activities and adapt to audience needs.
- Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice.
- Able to build partnerships, work independently, and manage workload effectively.
- Good IT skills, including databases and social media.

About the role
- Post One: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
- Post Two: 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday
(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
- Contract: Fixed contract - 31/03/2028
- Location: High Wycombe- working throughout Buckinghamshire
