To lead the development and lifecycle management of Brook's education and training resources, ensuring they remain evidence-based, curriculum-relevant, and aligned with Brook's values and safeguarding framework. The role is embedded in Brook's education and PSHE and RSE practice, with a particular lead on Traffic Lights and its application across contracts, client relationships, and professional training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and lifecycle management of education and training resources.
  • Ensure resources remain evidence-based and curriculum-relevant.
  • Align resources with Brook's values and safeguarding framework.
  • Serve as a particular lead on Traffic Lights and its application across contracts, client relationships, and professional training.
  • Manage the Education and Training Development Specialist and work in close collaboration with the Head of Commercial Development.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering education directly to children and young people in a school, youth work, or equivalent setting.
  • Able to produce a wide range of high-quality, relevant, and appropriate resources targeted at specific stakeholder groups.
  • Deep and current knowledge of PSHE and RSE curriculum requirements, statutory guidance, and relevant government policy.
  • A relevant qualification in teaching, training, PSHE specialisms, youth and community work, or equivalent.

About the role

  • Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Location: UK National (remote or hybrid near a Brook Office).
  • Salary: £37,000 per annum FTE.
