We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic nurse who has a keen interest in sexual and reproductive health to join our team at Brook Sefton. The role involves working as part of the Contraception and Sexual Health team, providing care to patients requiring testing, treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted infections and/or requiring contraception. Clinics are available Monday to Saturday during the day and in the evenings until 19:30. The successful candidate is expected to work across these sessions on a rota basis.

Essential criteria

  • Current Nurse and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
  • Willingness to undertake the courses in Contraception and Sexual Health (CASH)

About the role

  • Hours: Part‑Time 30 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Brook Sefton (Bootle and Southport)
  • Salary: £30,000 - £37,373 FTE per annum
  • Closing date: 29/06/2026

Upon completing your probationary period you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary.
