We are looking for a dedicated Sexual Health nurse to join our team in Truro, Cornwall and our satellite clinic in the east of the county. This is an exciting opportunity to work effectively as part of the clinical team to deliver high quality Contraception and Sexual Health services to the local community, in line with excellent clinical practice, maximising CASH clinical skills, whilst exercising effective leadership skills. In this role, you will work closely with our management team, clinical and non-clinical staff while contributing to high-quality, patient-focused care across the service. Essential criteria:

  • Current Nurse and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse (Sub part 1 of the NMC register)
  • Registered Midwife
  • Recognised qualification in Contraception and Sexual Health (FSRH Diploma, STIF, LOC) or willingness to work towards
  • UK drivers license and access to a car

About the role:

  • Hours: Part-Time 28 Hours per week (will consider more or less for the right candidate)
  • Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Brook Cornwall
  • Salary: £37,373 per annum pro rata
