Brook View Neurological Centre in Worcester is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions. You will combine care, therapy support and companionship to help residents achieve greater independence and meet personal goals.
You will work with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team, following care plans and assisting with daily living, therapy sessions and social support as needed.
