Looking for a varied HR role with heaps of exposure and a super supportive team?
We're recruiting for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join a friendly and collaborative People Team. You'll work closely with the Senior HR Specialist and Head of People & Culture, supporting both HR and payroll across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Assisting with payroll administration and monthly payroll processes
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Providing HR support to managers and employees
- Supporting HR projects, reporting and compliance activities
What You'll Need
- Previous HR experience, ideally with payroll exposure
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- A proactive and resilient approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
