About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them:
- Access the community and enjoy social activities.
- Go shopping and manage daily tasks.
- Cook meals and develop independent living skills.
You will play a key role in promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience in care or support work.
- Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
- Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
Pay & Benefits
