About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them:

  • Access the community and enjoy social activities.
  • Go shopping and manage daily tasks.
  • Cook meals and develop independent living skills.

You will play a key role in promoting choice, dignity, and independence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience in care or support work.
  • Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
  • Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
