Executive Officer (EO) - Bill Team Administrator
Location: SW1P 4DF United Kingdom
Working Days / Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office each week
Pay Rate:
Standard rate: £14.99 per hour
Higher rate: £17.54 per hour may be offered if the client feels you have exceptional experience and a strong CV
If you're an organised, people-focused administrator who thrives on keeping information moving and teams aligned, this is a fantastic EO opportunity with our Client, hiring for a reputed client. You'll be supporting a busy Bill team across three legal teams-making it easier for colleagues to share updates, find key documents quickly, and deliver at pace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate administrative activity across the Bill team and three legal teams, making sure information is organised and shared promptly
- Maintain a simplified Bill tracker aligned with the policy tracker, using Microsoft Excel and Word to keep records accurate and accessible
- Arrange meetings proactively-including client meetings at short notice-and book suitable space using the relevant systems
- Collate, cross-reference and store Bill correspondence and core products, adding clear links so colleagues can locate the latest material fast
- Support day-to-day document filing and retrieval for lawyers working on the Bill
- Build effective working relationships across the wider water teams to help the timely flow of Bill news and updates
- Use SharePoint and other agreed systems confidently, following local information management and record-handling requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident Microsoft Word and Excel skills (trackers, structured records and hyperlinks)
- Experience arranging meetings and coordinating people, information and actions
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a proactive and collaborative approach
- A careful, detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and handling information
- SharePoint experience, or the ability to learn it quickly
