Our Client is hiring for a reputable client: 3x Admin Officer (AO) roles across central London locations. If you enjoy helping others through clear communication, dependable administration, and a calm, professional approach, this role offers real purpose-supporting hearings and justice services every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide customer service to support hearings and related activities-preparing for, facilitating, and helping ensure they run smoothly
  • Support users and stakeholders via face-to-face contact, telephone (incoming/outbound), and correspondence in a range of formats, including complex needs
  • Use HMCTS service scripts and knowledge articles to signpost to the right services and respond accurately
  • Follow complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly and updating systems (including OPTIC) as required to help prevent escalation
  • Handle case files with accurate data entry, secure information management, and compliance with retention and data loss protocols
  • Manage jury service administration including selection, deferral, reassignment, attendance tracking, and processing related expenses/court fees
  • Assist with listing and scheduling to support efficient use of judicial time and responsiveness to urgent matters
  • Support enforcement procedures, including financial assessments, helping with fine collection, and producing basic statistical/financial reports
  • Contribute to health and safety operations (PEEPs, facility checks, issue logging, and key/safety governance under team leader guidance)
