Performance & Insights Manager
Watford | Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Are you a data-driven reporting professional with a passion for turning complex data into meaningful business insights?
We're looking for a Performance & Insights Manager to lead the development and transformation of workforce reporting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design and implement insightful reporting solutions, helping move the organisation from manual Excel-based reporting to automated, scalable dashboards using Power BI and SAP data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workforce and operational reporting through Power BI.
- Analyse and interpret data from SAP and other business systems.
- Design automated dashboards and reporting solutions to improve business decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and present data-driven insights.
- Support ERP reporting transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive reporting best practice, data accuracy, and reporting governance.
About You
- Proven experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
- Experience working with SAP and/or ERP systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience improving and automating reporting processes.
