Production Operative - Immediate start. We are working alongside one of our clients based in Abingdon, Oxford who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The Production Operative is responsible for the assembly of products and related components within a manufacturing environment. The role requires a high level of accuracy, quality awareness, and adherence to established production processes to ensure products are manufactured to the required standards and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Carry out assembly work in line with engineering drawings, specifications, and production instructions. Operate in a structured and organised manner while meeting production schedules and deadlines. Inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards. Maintain accurate production, inspection and quality records as required. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of production activities. Take ownership for the quality of work produced and ensure established quality standards are consistently achieved.
