Production Operative (Afternoon & Evening Shifts)
Location : Tonbridge, Kent Pay : £12.71 per hour Duration: Ongoing Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Tonbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, ongoing work within a clean, modern working environment.
Available Shifts
Choose from:
- Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm OR
- Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 10:00pm
The Role
This position involves working as part of a production team carrying out light assembly and manufacturing tasks. The work is not physically demanding and would suit candidates who enjoy working carefully and accurately.
Duties may include:
- Light assembly of electronic components
- Quality checking products
- Following work instructions and production processes
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring work areas remain clean and organised
What We are Looking For
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Ability to follow instructions
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive approach and willingness to learn
