An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join a growing business within the architectural and construction sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working with clients on commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with architects, contractors, developers and key decision-makers.
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts.
  • Attending client meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Business Development.
  • Confidence in building relationships and winning new business.
  • A background within the construction industry.
  • Experience within the glazing sector would be highly desirable but is not essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
