Processing Assistants - Public Sector | £13.72 p/hr | Full-Time, Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced professional with processing skills? Our respected public sector organisation is looking for a number of Processing Assistants to join their team.

Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 4.00pm (with flexibility to allow for early start/early finishes) | 37 hours | Hybrid working, one to two days onsite | Temporary with possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Resolving invoice errors and mismatches
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Some flexibility to assist other departments where necessary

What You'll Bring

  • Processing experience
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong IT literacy skills, in particular with MS Office & Excel and SharePoint proficiency
  • Ideally have experience of working in a finance environment
  • Excellent communication abilities

This role requires a DBS Basic together with three years of references.
