What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and supporting documentation for client advice sessions, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data across investments, pensions, and insurance policies to support recommendations
  • Help develop and review financial plans, keeping everything aligned with relevant industry regulations and company standards
  • Maintain organised client records and ensure documentation is up to date in CRM and other administrative platforms
  • Work closely with financial advisers to gather information and help facilitate smooth client meetings
  • Write clear, professional reports that explain complex topics in an understandable way
  • Support the compliance process by reviewing client files for completeness and accuracy against regulatory requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Strong report writing and analytical skills with a close eye for detail
  • Solid knowledge of financial services, including investment products, pensions, and insurance
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, advisers, and internal teams
  • Experience in financial planning, paired with a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) and comfortable working with relevant IT systems
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency

Additional information:

  • Previous administrative experience in a financial services setting is highly desirable
  • Ideally Cii diploma qualified or working towards it
