Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a support worker to work with our client who is dedicated to motivating homeless people to recognise and unlock their talents.

The role:

• Working Monday-Friday (Week 1: 9:00 – 17:00; Week 2: 13:00 – 21:00)
• Enable service users to achieve their full potential
• Assist in the provision of comprehensive support
• Work within a quality housing service that provides support and resettlement to residents that have experienced homelessness
• Empower and enable individuals to live independently
• Be proactive in supporting individuals in the area of social inclusion and accessing services
