Brook Street Social Care is inviting caring and committed women to join our amazing team in Thornbury, supporting individuals in a peaceful, close-knit community setting.

What You\’ll Be Doing

As a female Support Worker, your daily role goes far beyond routine care. You\\\’ll help our female service users feel safe, valued, and heard by providing respectful personal care, administering medication, and supporting their health needs. Whether you\\\’re helping with arts and crafts, baking, or encouraging garden time on our on-site farm, your presence will bring warmth and reassurance every single day.

You\’ll be part of a supportive team, sharing laughs, learning new things, and making a genuine impact where it matters most.

Shift Requirements

MUST be willing to work evening shifts – these are: 17:30-22:00

LONG DAYS AVAILABLE (14.5 hours, 7 days a week)

What We\\\’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months\\\’ experience in a care or support setting
  • Confidence in providing personal care and administering medication
  • A driver\\\’s licence is a bonus due to location, but not essential
  • A DBS on the update service is ideal – but we can help if you need a new one
