Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator with at least 2 years experience in purchasing, supply chain, international freight logistics or similar. You will be a confident and experienced user of Microsoft Office including Excel and possess excellent numeracy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing coordination and support to all aspects of the company\’s Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics
- Chase overdue purchase orders and shipment booking status
- Respond to supplier queries, problems and issues
- Liaise with freight forwarders to approve costs and schedules, log and track inbound international shipments
- Ensure correct shipment documents for each movement, and tariff information for all products is provided
