The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday (1hr lunch)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home based) after training.

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per annum circa.

Contract: 10 month contract - February 2026 to December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting and tracking shipments and container arrivals
  • Processing shipping documents and organising customs clearance
  • Monitoring supplier invoices and payments
  • Liaising with suppliers and hauliers
  • All customer support and associated administration

Requirements

  • Must be proactive, able to use your own initiative and work in a fast paced and busy environment within a varied and very interesting role.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of a 10 month contract and be a driver due to the office's rural location.
