Support Worker (Complex Needs) - Stroud | £14/hr
We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker in the Stroud area to support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where your compassion and independence will make a real impact.
- Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)
- Support clients with a range of needs - emotional, behavioural, and practical.
- Join in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outings.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users.
- Have experience managing complex needs and mental health independently.
- Hold a valid driving licence (business insurance preferred - support offered).
- Ideally already have a DBS on the Update Service.
- Be fluent in English, as clear communication is essential.
