Location: Hanley, ST1 6AU
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours (9am-5pm, some flexibility required)
Contract: Temporary until March 2026 (possible extension)
Pay: £12.36 per hour, rising to £13.25
Start Date: Monday 9th February 2026
Working Pattern: Fully onsite for first few weeks, then potential hybrid (60% office / 40% home)
About the Role
Our Public Sector client is seeking several Admin Officers to join their team. You will play a key role in managing case workflows, ensuring documents are processed accurately and tasks are assigned promptly. This is a detail-focused administrative role where you will update case files, upload documentation, add comments, and ensure information is routed to the correct teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take on new cases and update case management systems
- Upload and organise documents with accuracy
- Assign tasks to the appropriate teams
- Add clear, concise comments and case notes
- Ensure information is processed promptly and in line with guidelines
- Support the overall workflow of a fast-moving service area
- May be telephone work later down the line
