Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We are recruiting an Administrator to support a busy Public Sector department in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing papers and files for court
- Collection of financial impositions imposed by the court
- Post opening and dispatch
- Standard letters and correspondence, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions
- Processing casework
- Use of Excel and trackers
- Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards
- Telephone calls
- Ad hoc admin - photocopying, scanning, filing
- Clerking - face to face customer service
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - especially Excel
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
Important: This role requires a DBS check and three years of references.
