We're looking for a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to support children and young people in a residential setting.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people.
  • Promote positive outcomes, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Act as a key worker and contribute to care planning.
  • Build positive relationships with families and professionals.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
  • Support with activities, appointments, education, and daily living tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive, flexible, and dependable approach.
  • Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Services is desirable.
