We're looking for a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to support children and young people in a residential setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people.
- Promote positive outcomes, independence, and wellbeing.
- Act as a key worker and contribute to care planning.
- Build positive relationships with families and professionals.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
- Support with activities, appointments, education, and daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, flexible, and dependable approach.
- Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Services is desirable.
