We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated manager to lead high-quality, person-centred services while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and positive outcomes for the people supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Supported Living and Community Supported Living services
- Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory standards are maintained
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams
- Oversee care planning, risk management, and assessments
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and service performance
- Build positive relationships with families and professionals
- Support service growth and development
Requirements
- Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Experience managing Supported Living services
- Strong understanding of autism and complex needs
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience with budgets, rotas, and quality assurance
Desirable
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Previous Registered Manager experience
- Service development experience
