We are recruiting a dedicated and motivated Service Manager / Team Leader to oversee a specialist supported living service in Skipton. This service supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs and mobility needs, helping individuals to live as independently as possible within a safe and person‑centred environment.

Key Responsibilities – Service Manager / Team Leader- Lead, motivate and develop a staff team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs in Skipton
- Ensure the service meets all CQC standards and delivers safe, high‑quality care
- Supervise, mentor and support staff development, promoting strong leadership within the Team Leader structure
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce development within the Skipton service
- Oversee care planning, risk management and person‑centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
- Support operational oversight including rota management, compliance and service performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to continuously improve the supported living service in Skipton
We are looking for a confident Service Manager or experienced Team Leader with strong knowledge of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs. You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Service Manager, Deputy Manager or Team Leader within a CQC‑regulated service
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC compliance and supported living best practice
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Commitment to delivering outstanding support services in Skipton
