We are recruiting
Support Workers to provide flexible ad hoc cover within a supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults.
You will support adults to develop independence, manage daily living skills, access community services, maintain accommodation, and achieve positive outcomes. You'll provide practical and emotional support while promoting wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults
- Background in adult social care, supported housing, homelessness, or mental health services
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
Shift Patterns:
- Days: 8:00am - 11:00pm
- Nights: 11:00pm - 8:00am
- Weekend availability preferred
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the location and shift patterns.
