Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare services provider supporting over 40 NHS Trusts nationwide, is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of a key managed service contract within an NHS environment.

The Role
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be the main point of contact for NHS stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services across the site. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and Trust staff to maintain high service standards, manage stock and purchasing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of onsite managed services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trust stakeholders
- Lead and support onsite coordinators
- Oversee stock management, purchasing activities and supply chain performance
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate supplier meetings and contract reviews
- Deliver training and support to Trust staff on company systems
- Prepare reports, analyse data and provide operational insights
- Attend customer, procurement and performance review meetings
- Ensure effective communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams
About You
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You'll Have:
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Experience managing service delivery, operations or customer contracts
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise, problem solve and work under pressure
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence
- Full UK driving licence desirable
