What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver exceptional, child-centred care.
- Creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment that empowers young people to reach their full potential.
- Building strong, trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and respect.
- Supporting care planning, key working, and promoting independence and resilience.
- Taking responsibility for shifts, recording, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - or working towards it.
- Proven experience supporting young people in a residential or similar setting.
- A calm, resilient, and positive approach under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Team Teach experience is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
