The Opportunity
We’re supporting a well-established private practice in Essex with the appointment of a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join and help develop their East London/Essex office. This is a hands-on role with autonomy over files and the chance to step into a key leadership position as the branch grows. You’ll be supported by an established wider team and structured supervision.
The Role
You’ll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end, covering:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build matters
- Client care and transaction progression from instruction to completion
There is also an expectation that you’ll support the ongoing development of the office through strong stakeholder relationships and a commercial, solutions-led approach.
