About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant (Nights), you\’ll be the go-to support during overnight hours-ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for while guiding and supporting your night shift team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal and emotional care with sensitivity and respect

Support residents with toileting, repositioning, and mobility needs

Monitor health and wellbeing throughout the night

Administer medication safely (as authorised)

Accurately complete night reports, charts, and handovers

Maintain a calm, homely environment

Supervise night staff and act as a shift leader

Communicate with on-call staff or emergency services if necessary
What We\’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)

NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards it (desirable)

Experience in a care setting, especially with older adults
