Brook Street Social Care are currently looking for support workers to help support a well-known organisation based in the Runcorn and Widnes area. Our client supports adults in supported living accommodation at risk of homelessness, struggling with mental health issues and substance abuse.
The role:
- Supporting clients who have mild or complex mental health needs
- Support with substance misuse, addiction and homelessness
- Offering debt advice
- Housing support
- Offering general support where it's needed
What we'll need from you:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working within the care sector in the UK
- A DBS registered for the Update Service (preferred)
- Driver preferred but not essential
