Logistics Administrator
Crick/Rugby Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week Permanent Position
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a fast-paced logistics operation? We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth running of transport and logistics activities, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

The Role
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the logistics and transport function, ensuring customers receive a first-class service while maintaining accurate records and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating deliveries, collections, and transport schedules
- Liaising with customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records using internal logistics systems
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations
- Managing correspondence via telephone and email
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the department
What We're Looking For

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications

- Proactive and focused approach to completing tasks
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or administration
- Experience working with logistics or transport management systems
