As a Residential Support Worker, you will support individuals with personal care, therapies (like hydrotherapy and rebound therapy), and daily activities that promote independence—from creative sessions to trips out in the community.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver personal care and support with dignity
- Assist with therapies and medical needs
- Encourage independence through meaningful activities
- Support with enterprise projects, outings, and life skills
No experience? No problem. Full training is provided, and you will be supported to complete a funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
