Are you an experienced Training & Improvement professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?
We are seeking a hands‑on Training & Improvement Manager to lead training initiatives, drive continuous improvement, enhance quality standards, and support the development of a high‑performing customer service operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes and refresher sessions
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans
- Analyse customer retention and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure operational excellence
- Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance performance and profitability
- Produce reports and recommendations based on performance metrics and analysis
- Coach and develop teams to achieve business objectives
- Minimum
3 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Continuous Improvement
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent presentation and coaching abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
