Our client, a leading manufacturer, is currently recruiting for a highly organised Production Planning & Procurement Coordinator to join their production team. You will be responsible for scheduling work orders, raising purchase orders, and ensuring all components are in place to keep the production filling line running smoothly. Work orders will be provided by our demand planning team, and you will take full ownership of their execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet production deadlines.
  • Raise purchase orders for all components and raw materials, monitoring supplier deliveries.
  • Ensure all components are available to prevent production delays.
  • Manage inventory levels, applying principles such as FIFO, shelf-life management, and stock allocation.
