What you will be doing:

  • This role is all about keeping everything organised and ticking along behind the scenes.
  • Taking ownership of production work orders from start to finish.
  • Planning and scheduling work to make sure production deadlines are met.
  • Raising purchase orders for raw materials and components.
  • Keeping an eye on supplier deliveries and following up when needed.
  • Managing stock using FIFO, shelf‑life controls, and correct stock allocation.
  • Sharing regular updates on work orders, stock levels, and supplier performance.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in production planning, procurement, or materials management.
  • A good understanding of stock control, reordering, and inventory processes.
  • Confident using Excel and ERP / MRP systems.
  • Clear communication skills and a friendly, team‑focused attitude.
