Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our residential childcare team supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a safe, nurturing home environment, build positive relationships with young people, support daily routines, and encourage independence, confidence and personal development.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months' experience working with children and young people
- Passionate about supporting young people
- Experience in residential childcare, education, youth work or a similar setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Level 3 qualification desirable, but not essential if willing to work towards one
