The Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Bid Co-ordinator to support work-winning activities across both public and private sector opportunities. Working closely with the Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you'll help manage the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring high-quality, compelling proposals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing tender opportunities and distributing relevant leads to senior teams
  • Coordinating bid programmes, deadlines and document management
  • Supporting go/no-go decisions and bid planning
  • Developing key messages, win themes and submission content
  • Coordinating input from technical teams, support functions and external partners
  • Assisting with bid writing, formatting and presentation, including InDesign production
  • Maintaining bid resources, including case studies, CVs and lessons learned
  • Organising post-bid reviews and feedback sessions

About You

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals
  • APMP Foundation knowledge or similar
  • Background in architecture, consultancy, construction or the wider built environment
