An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to join a global leader in specialist logistics, supporting some of the world's most recognised live events, sports, entertainment and cultural projects.
Based at the Heathrow office, you will take ownership of the UK payroll and benefits function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 160 employees while acting as the key liaison with the outsourced payroll provider.
This is a highly visible role working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, offering the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end UK monthly payroll process
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Administer pension and employee benefits schemes
- Process starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Maintain payroll and HR data integrity
- Support payroll reporting, audits and reconciliations
- Keep up to date with payroll legislation and industry best practice
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across HR and Finance
About You
- Previous experience managing payroll within a medium-sized organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Benefits administration experience would be advantageous
