\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment where quality, compliance and client outcomes come first.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and shaping client outcomes by delivering accurate, compliant and well-structured advice documentation. \\n\\nYour responsibilities will include:\\n\\nPreparing high-quality, compliant suitability reports and client correspondence within agreed timescales\\nAnalysing and interpreting client information to help develop appropriate financial planning strategies\\nProducing detailed suitability reports and client presentations\\nManaging client queries with accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail\\nEnsuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards and is fully documented\\nConducting business in a responsible, compliant manner in line with legislative and regulatory requirements\\nMaintaining continuous professional development to meet regulatory standards and personal growth goals\\n\\n Essential criteria:\\n\\nLevel 4 Diploma qualified with a minimum of 4 year's para planning experience\\nStrong technical knowledge across financial planning products\\nExcellent understanding of investments, pensions, savings and protection\\nIn-depth knowledge of suitability report requirements, structure and compliance standards\\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills\\nHighly developed written, verbal and analytical communication skills\\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and related software\\nSolid understanding of industry regulations, standards and business processes\\n\\nBenefits \\n\\nCompetitive salary (dependent on experience – discussed on application)\\nPension scheme\\nCentral Belfast location with easy access to transport and amenities\\nA professional, collaborative environment where your expertise is recognised\\n\\nIf you're an experienced Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you. \\n\\nPlease send your CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply link.
